How you can overcome depression.

Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity which can affect a person's thoughts, behavior, tendencies, feelings, and sense of well-being. A depressed mood is a normal temporary reaction to life events, such as the loss of a loved one or dissapointment and such like.

  Many things make people depressed but hey..... that's not what you came here for.

Now that we have described depression,lets see some tips on stopping it.

1.Understand that you are not alone.
     This is key to getting over depression.  Many have been where you are and have overcome it.  That should be a source of inspiration to you.  If they can do it, what stops you from doing the same?

2. Keep away from "bad energy".
      We all have people in our lives who give us nothing but bad vibes 😠. They always have one thing to complain about, very hard to please and never find perfection in anything. From such stay away if you want to live a happy life.  Also stay away from that circumstance that is slowly eating out your joy.  It could be that abusive relationship, frustrating job, or that "friend"who always pumps in negativity into your life. You have to make sure that "bad energy stay faraway"😁😁.

3.Be where you are happy,find positive energy.
       😁😁🏀🏀🏀. This is probably my favorite.  I always find positive energy on the basketball court.  When I play basketball, it feels like I don't have a care in the world.  Find your happy place : a place where you are most comfortable and appreciated. Keep in touch with great friends and acquaintances. Play that song that makes you happy. Go on that trip you've always wanted to. Do your dance no matter how weird......i mean...... no matter how cool the moves are 👊👊.
The goal here is happiness and so  I ask.....where do you always find happiness?  STAY WHERE YOU FIND HAPPINESS AND FULFILMENT. Follow your passion and ignore the naysayers.
     
4.Be GRATEFUL.
   Everyone has seen highs and lows but the GRATEFUL one will always rejoice.  You can breathe, you are in your right mind, you have food on your table and even if you don't have these things you have the hope of tomorrow for you are alive.  When you focus more on the positive in your life,you start to live a joyous and fulfilled live. Be Grateful to GOD for the life,family and friends HE has given you. Gratitude fills your heart with goodness and that in turn feels your life with wholeness.

    Congratulations you are free from depression.  As you keep following these tips you will in time reap fruits of happiness.
